Movement Oasis is a studio nestled in a private setting in La Jolla — designed for quiet, focused, one-on-one work. There are no waiting rooms, no group classes, no distractions. Just you, a skilled teacher, and the time and space to actually listen to your body.

Led by Yann Artero and Marla Bingham, every session is tailored entirely to you — your history, your goals, your pace. No two sessions are the same. Both teachers hold recognized certifications in Pilates and the GYROTONIC® Method, and bring years of experience working with a wide range of bodies and needs.
